Security and Ethics Officer

Barbara is interested in imaginaries of the future in the context of power and data. She currently works at the European Data Protection Supervisor in Brussels on digital ethics and the value of privacy in data-driven societies. She previously worked for NGOs and holds degrees in Human Rights and Democratisation from EIUC Venice and KU Leuven and in Cultural and Social Anthropology from the University of Vienna.
